Job Summary: Job Summary

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Writes schedule for maintenance partners.
• Assists in training of new maintenance partners.
• Writes daily job lists for maintenance partners.
• Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Service Director/Manager.
• Provides superlative customer service.
• Sweeps, mops, and polishes store floors.
• Cleans restrooms.
• Continually empties trash receptacles throughout store.
• Assists Service Director/Manager with supervision of 3-5 employees.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

Work Experience:

5+ years 5-8 years of related experience - Required

Supervisory experience - Preferred

Previous Maintenance experience - Preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of department product, food preparation, and equipment - Required

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays
